General Information
SOI members with 2021 membership dues paid up have free access to the 18th SOI International Congress, exhibition area and to all other event within the program upon presentation of the COVID-19 vaccination/immunization certificate. The Congress is aimed at: specializing ophthalmologists, any specialized doctor non ophthalmologists, biologists, orthoptist/ nurses and assistant of ophthalmology, medical and orthoptist student.
All participants, except for students, will receive a personal badge with name and photo. Access to the congress and exhibition area with a badge without a photo will be not allowed.
Access to the Congress is allowed only upon presentation of the certificate of vaccination / immunization.
All participants will receive a congress bag.
Registration fee All the events of the 18th SOI International Congress are free.

Accompanying persons are not admitted
In order to regulate requests from Professional Congress Organizers, it is established an entrance fee of
€ 1.000,00 (local VAT included). The registered person will be allowed to enter the congress and the
exhibition area but it will not be allowed to have a permanent desk or position not to distribute
promotional material without permission of SOI Board of Directors. PCOs will have to hand over a formal
written request to the Organizing Secretariat to attend the congress and to register at the Reception Desk
upon arrival; a personal badge will be provided. Health and Safety Rules and Congress Regulation will be applied.

All registration fees have to be paid to Congressi Medici Oculisti Srl.

Badge
Participants will receive a non-transferable personal badge with name and photo. The badge will enable the participant to access the exhibition and the congress area. The duplication of the badge will automatically
cause the cancellation of the previous one and it will cost 50,00 Euro (local VAT included).

Simultaneous Translation
Simultaneous translation service, English/Italian and Italian/English, will be provided for all sessions.
The scientific session taking place in Salone Cavalieri, Salone Belle Arti and in the conference halls connected via closed-circuit, a distance learning option will be available.
The technical-scientific exhibition will be set up in the congress area and all participants with a regular badge
will be allowed to access it. Exhibitors are invited to contact the dedicated desk to collect their personal badges.
A coffee bar is located in the exhibition area and is open during all congress days.
